For a return, please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days.
Goods must be returned unworn and undamaged at the customer's expense and a refund, less the original shipping costs will be issued within 7 days of the return.
When returning goods to us, please use the returns form received with your order, it is located on the right-hand side of the invoice. Any item received after the 14 day period will be returned back to the sender with no refund made unless prior authorisation is given. Underwear garments cannot be returned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Returns to Store
You can return your order free of charge to any of our stores as long as you present your invoice. Refunds cannot be issued in store but can be dropped off for return to our internet returns department.
