RETURNS POLICY
Please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days of the original purchase.
All items must arrive in a resealable condition, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. We cannot accept shoe boxes with sellotape on. Underwear garments cannot be returned.
When returning goods, please complete and include the Returns Form located on the right-side of your invoice.
Returns are at the customer's expense and a refund (less the original shipping cost) will be issued within 7 working days of the return. Any item received after the 14 day period will not be accepted unless prior authorisation is given.
POSTING YOUR RETURN

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as otherwise we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs unless specified by our customer service team. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
DROP OFF RETURNS IN STORE
You can return your order free of charge to any of
our stores. Please bring a copy of your invoice.
Refunds cannot be issued in store but can be dropped off and the relevant department will process the refund once received.
EXCHANGES
While we are happy to accept exchanges, the best way to do it is by returning your item for a full refund and buy the required size/ item again in case it becomes out of stock in the meantime.
