Welcome to our website. If you continue to browse and use this website you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern our relationship with you in relation to this website.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Our web site is updated with stock availability every few seconds. However there are rare times that we may find that a product with limited stock availability may be showing for sale by our website, but has already been sold in store. We will do our best to re-stock that product as quickly as possible or offer you an alternative. Should there be no alternative or our suggestions not be suitable for you, we will be happy to refund your order in full.

REFUNDS

We offer a no quibble refund policy for purchases made on this website.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

  • Return goods within 14 days of receiving your purchase. The goods should be unworn and undamaged.
  • Returns postage must be paid by the customer.
  • Please return the item to the returns address on your invoice.  Please let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund.
  • We strongly recommend you use a tracked service via to ensure your parcel reaches us, as we won't be able to refund parcels lost in the post.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:

We will exchange or refund providing the goods are -

  • in a sellable condition
  • in the original packaging with all labels attached
  • returned within 48 hours of receiving your parcel.

REFUNDS IN STORE

You can return your order free of charge to any of our stores as long as you present your invoice.  Refunds can only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.  Unfortunately PayPal, Klarna or Clearpay orders cannot be refunded in store but can be dropped off in-store, for return to our internet returns department  

RETURNING FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If you have received an item that is incorrect or faulty, please accept our apologies.

WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

  • Please contact us by email before sending the parcel back and let us know the problem. We will advise you of how to proceed.
  • We advise you to return via recorded delivery as we cannot issue refunds for any items that fail to be delivered to us.
  • Faulty or damaged goods that have to be returned must be received back within 28 days of the return being accepted and acknowledged by email.

WHAT WE WILL DO

We will either refund via your payment method, or subject to availability, replace the item. Please specify your preference. This will be done as soon as possible after receipt of your return.

UK Mainland 

  • Standard Delivery 3-5 Days - Free for all orders £60 and over
  • Standard Delivery 3-5 Days - £4.99 for all orders under £60
  • Next Working Day Delivery - £6.99 for all orders placed before 3pm Mon-Fri. (Orders placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.)
  • Saturday Delivery  - £8.99 for all orders placed before 10am Friday

Isle of Man

  • Evri 48 Hour - £11.99 for all orders
  • UPS 2-3 Day - £12.99 for all orders

Guernsey & Jersey

  • Evri 48 Hour - £12.99 for all orders
  • DPD 2 Day - £23.99 for all orders

Ireland (incl. Republic)

  • TG Euro Parcel 3-5 Day - £22.99 for all orders

Northern Ireland

  • Evri 48 Hour - £7.99 for all orders

 

Please Note: Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery or by 10am Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will not be collected by our courier until the following working day. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank holiday, will not be processed until the next working day.

All undelivered orders should be reported to us within 30 days of the day you made your order as tracking may not be available after this time.

Orders placed using Klarna can only be delivered to the name and address registered on the Klarna account as per their terms and conditions.

Orders are normally ready to collect within 1-3 working days but in some rare instances, can take up to 5 working days to be ready. Once you receive your ready to collect email you can collect your order. You will need your order number and proof of identity.
