Returns Information

STANDARD RETURNS POLICY

  • Please return your unwanted goods to us within 14 days of delivery date for refund or exchange.
  • Underwear is non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
  • All items must be returned in the original packaging and with all labels attached.
  • We cannot accept shoe boxes with sellotape on. 
  • When returning goods, please complete and include the Returns Form located on bottom of your invoice.
  • Returns are at the customer's expense. UK customers may use the returns label provided with your order, but £3.99 will then be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
  • Refunds (less the returns label cost if used) will be issued within 7 working days of the return. Any item received after the 14 day period will not be accepted unless prior authorisation is given and will be returned back to you.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as the parcel remains your responsibility until tracking shows it has been received by us.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs unless specified by our customer service team. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


 

 DROP OFF RETURNS IN STORE

You can return your order free of charge to any of our stores. Please bring a copy of your invoice. Refunds cannot be issued in store but can be dropped off and will be processed with 3-5 days.


 EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange your item, first please email us at customerservice@aliveanddirty.co.uk to make sure we have sufficient stock.

While we are happy to accept exchanges, the best way to do it is by returning your item for a full refund and buy the required size/ item again in case it becomes out of stock in the meantime.
