• Standard Delivery (2–5 Days) – Royal Mail Tracked 48 – Free for orders £70 and over
• Standard Delivery (2–5 Days) – Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £3.99 for orders under £70
• Next Working Day Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £6.99 (orders placed before 3pm Mon–Fri)

Orders placed Saturday & Sunday are processed Monday and delivered Tuesday

• Saturday Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24 – £7.99 (orders placed before 3pm Friday)

Ireland (ROI)

• International Tracked (MP7) (2–10 Days) – £11.99 for all orders

Please note: Orders must be placed before 3pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery, or before 3pm Friday for Saturday delivery. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day. If an order is undelivered, it must be reported within 14 days as tracking may expire after this period.

Orders placed using Klarna can only be delivered to the name and address registered on the Klarna account in line with their terms and conditions.

Orders are usually ready for collection within 2–3 working days, but may take up to 5 working days during busy periods or bank holidays. Once your “ready to collect” email is received, you can collect your order with your order number and valid ID.

International Delivery

European Union Delivery Royal Mail Tracked (2–10 Days) – Shipping cost calculated at checkout

From 1 July 2026, the EU has removed the €150 customs duty exemption for low-value goods. All EU orders valued at €150 or less are now subject to a flat €3 customs duty per item, which will be calculated and collected at checkout. This duty is non-refundable, including on returned or undelivered orders.

EU orders are sent on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis — duties are collected upfront so there are no surprise charges on delivery. VAT may still be collected by your local customs authority depending on your country.

Rest of World Delivery Royal Mail Tracked (2–10 Days) – Shipping cost calculated at checkout Customs charges may apply depending on destination country. Orders are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis.
