Extended Christmas Returns Policy

   CHRISTMAS RETURNS  POLICY

Our Christmas Returns Policy is valid from 27th October 2025. Items ordered after this date can be returned for a refund or exchange until 4th January 2026. Items purchased after this date will fall under our Standard Returns Policy

All items must be returned in a sellable condition, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. We cannot accept any shoe boxes with Sellotape on. Underwear garments cannot be returned.

When returning goods, please complete the Returns Form located on your invoice and include it with your return.

Last order date for Christmas delivery will be Monday 22nd December 2025 for Royal Mail 48hr delivery and Tuesday 23rd December 2025 for next day delivery although this is not guaranteed.

 PLEASE NOTE- We will not be doing any refunds or exchanges in our stores on Boxing Day.

  POSTING YOUR RETURN

• Returns are at the customer's expense. UK customers may use the returns label provided with your order, but £3.99 will then be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
• We recommend using a tracked service or purchasing shipping insurance as parcels returned by post remains the responsibility of the customer until tracking shows as received by us. 
• Refunds (less the returns label cost if used) will be issued within 7 working days of the return. Any item received after the extended return period will not be accepted unless prior authorisation is given and will be returned back to you.

 DROP OFF RETURNS IN STORE

You can return your order free of charge to any of our stores. You can exchange for the same value in store or receive a credit note. Refunds cannot be issued in store but can be dropped off and refund will be processed within 3-5 days. Please note, we will not be accepting refunds or exchanges in store on Boxing Day. Please bring a copy of your invoice.
